Community Guidelines

Effective Date: June 2026  |  Last Updated: June 2026

These Community Guidelines define the standards of conduct expected from everyone using IMMEBLE. They apply to all profiles, messages, meetups, and interactions on the platform, and exist to keep the community safe, respectful, and trustworthy. By using IMMEBLE, you agree to follow these guidelines in addition to our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.

1. Respectful Conduct

IMMEBLE is built on real, in-person interactions between verified people. All communication and behavior, both in-app and during in-person meetups, must be respectful, honest, and considerate.

  • Treat every user with courtesy, regardless of background, identity, or opinions.
  • Communicate honestly about your intentions, availability, and identity.
  • Be on time for meetups you confirm, or cancel with reasonable notice.
  • Respect personal boundaries — if someone is not interested in continuing a conversation or meetup, accept that gracefully.

2. Verification Requirements

Identity verification is mandatory for all users and is central to how IMMEBLE maintains a trustworthy network.

  • All users must complete mobile, email, and selfie/liveness verification before accessing discovery or messaging features.
  • Profile photos must be genuine, recent, and accurately represent your appearance.
  • Submitting fake, stolen, or manipulated identity documents or images is a severe violation and will result in immediate permanent removal, with potential reporting to relevant authorities.
  • IMMEBLE reserves the right to request re-verification at any time, especially if suspicious activity is detected on an account.

3. Meetup Safety

Public Locations First

All meetups arranged through IMMEBLE must take place in safe, public, well-populated locations such as cafes, restaurants, malls, parks, or community spaces.

  • Avoid arranging first meetups at private residences or isolated locations.
  • Inform a trusted contact about your plans, including who you are meeting and where, before heading to a meetup.
  • Use in-app safety features such as live location sharing with emergency contacts where available.
  • Trust your judgment — if something feels wrong before or during a meetup, you are free to leave at any time.

IMMEBLE strongly encourages, but cannot enforce, safe meetup practices. You are solely responsible for your own safety decisions during offline interactions, as described in our Terms of Service.

4. Prohibited Behavior

The following behaviors are strictly prohibited on IMMEBLE and will result in warnings, restrictions, or immediate permanent account removal depending on severity:

  • Fraud & Impersonation: Creating fake accounts, using stolen photos or information, impersonating another person, or operating duplicate accounts.
  • Harassment & Abuse: Bullying, stalking, threats, hate speech, discriminatory remarks, or any form of intimidation directed at another user.
  • Sexual Misconduct: Sending unsolicited explicit content, sexual harassment, or using the platform to solicit sexual services.
  • Illegal Activity: Using the platform for money laundering, human trafficking, distribution of illegal substances, or unauthorized financial schemes.
  • Spam & Exploitation: Mass messaging, sharing malicious links, promoting unrelated services or businesses, or harvesting other users' data.
  • No-Shows: Repeatedly confirming meetups and failing to appear without notice.

5. Reporting Violations

If you experience or witness behavior that violates these guidelines, you can report it directly through the app on the relevant profile, conversation, or meetup.

  • Reports are reviewed by a combination of automated safety systems and a human moderation team.
  • You may also escalate serious concerns by emailing team@immeble.com with relevant details.
  • IMMEBLE treats all reports confidentially and does not disclose the identity of the reporting user to the reported party.
  • If you believe a moderation decision on your account was made in error, you can submit an appeal to team@immeble.com.

6. Consequences

Violations of these Community Guidelines are handled based on severity and frequency, and may include:

  • Warnings: For minor or first-time violations, accounts may receive a formal warning and guidance on expected conduct.
  • Temporary Restrictions: Repeated or moderate violations may result in temporary suspension of discovery, messaging, or meetup features.
  • Permanent Removal: Severe violations — including fraud, harassment, sexual misconduct, illegal activity, or repeated no-shows — will result in immediate and permanent removal from the platform.
  • Legal Reporting: Where required by law, IMMEBLE may report serious violations, such as illegal activity or threats to safety, to relevant law enforcement authorities.

IMMEBLE reserves the right to take any of the above actions at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, to protect the safety and integrity of the community.
